Well, I've been buying humidifiers for 15 years. I had about 8 different models. I have one that is 7 years old, works fine, it's homemade. Anyway, I don't use aromatherapy because I've never done it before. Also, I wanted a humidifier, not an oil diffuser. I wouldn't expect him to do that. In any case, most humidifiers usually have several of the following problems. The engine will start to be to blame. Rubber seals wear out, resulting in water leaks. They are very difficult to clean. Note that most humidifiers have a water tank in addition to the tank you fill. A lot of slime and mold gets in there and you need to use Tylex to clean it, or at least some soap. However, this humidifier has the smallest tank in which it sprays water. Cleaning a typical humidifier in its current form takes 15 to 20 minutes. This humidifier needs 2 to 5 minutes. Incredibly quiet and does its job perfectly. I would buy this humidifier again.
