Doesn't hold a 20 lb bag of flour and doesn't quite seal if that's what you're asking

I wanted a container like this for a 20 lb bag of flour because I was just going insane decided yours to bake your own bread. After about 3 months I decided it would be a lot easier (and a lot cheaper!) to buy a 20lb bag of flour instead of a 5lb bag since my doubled recipe uses about 3lbs of flour. Little did I know how troublesome it would be to find a container that would fit in the 20lb bag of flour (although everyone has mentioned it works for rice - even on flour-specific questions, because?). Anyway, I read a lot of reviews and this one said it worked for others, so I decided to give it a try. I might prefer to spread bonus flour in each bag, but even after I make one batch of dough and put the rest in the container, it *barely* fits, so I'd say 17 pounds is all it takes . would be sensible to keep unless you want to make a mess all over the place the first few times you get flour - and I can't see why anyone would think that's sensible (hint: it isn't). for air/water resistance, no. Or at least not on mine. I'm not exactly an incredible behemoth and I can easily dent the sides and "tighten" it a bit when sealed. However, it's probably sealed in the same way as the old flour bucket I used (an old rubber girl with a lid - it didn't seal tight with Tupperware or anything) and I've only had a one-leak issue once. All this to say that I will probably leave it, since I have already washed it and got flour and there is no better solution yet. It fits neatly in the base cabinet, and the wheels are a surprisingly nice feature that actually elevated it to an extra star. If you're looking for somewhere to store 20 pounds of flour, I'll probably keep looking unless you have space to store the last bit in another container somewhere else for a while. Much luck!
