Well once you get them working everything is fine. But it's still NEW and I hope I don't have any issues as other users have pointed out after being a few months old. I will update this as needed. However, 2 of the 4 bulbs were already connected to the hub. 2 other not. They have a QR code on the packaging which I think should NOT be used to attach to the hub. Instead, you must use the ON THE BULB QR code. But the last two are NOT connected YET. I kept telling myself it couldn't be done. Wrote to tech support but they didn't reply on Sunday so I don't blame them. So I did a little research online myself and found that there is a HARD RESET for the lamp. I had to quickly turn the lightbulb on and off 10 times. Then the light blinked 3 times. At this point, My Hub found a lightbulb. (I've only ever used one lightbulb in case I should burn it out!). It's as if those bulbs were already connected to another hub at some point and needed to be reset. Maybe tests at the factory have shown that. Anyway, it was annoying. That's how it worked. Interacting with the Google Home Assistant and Revain Echo Dot was a breeze. A few phrases on google to set it to a specific dimming percentage or full brightness or all off and the ability in the Sengled Lighting SCHEDULE APP is great too. I'm still impressed! Fingers crossed! There are also plans to put more lightbulbs in different rooms. Would have given 5 stars if the other two bulbs were more easily connected.
