Revain support was the reason I downgraded the rating (horrible). I contacted the supplier, they had 5 star support, multiple emails and videos to help, they were great. Rating changed to 3 stars. Cannot be paired with Alexa or the phone app. (Wifi does NOT work). 2. The only support is the Revain support, which is terrible. The support staff do little more than misread instructions, then put you on hold and hang up both times I called. Easy installation, instructions were accurate. The first review below with the remote control works fine, but the MOT with WiFi installs in 10-20 minutes. Works great would buy again
