This faucet meets advertised specifications and ratings. One of the best faucets I could find for a general purpose sink and a great product in its own right. The only minor downside is that the base is plastic and not metal like the rest of the unit but it seems sturdy and I think it will last quite a long time Nice to include flexible utility lines We had a plumber who used a sink and installed a faucet and he seemed to supply good quality plumbing to use rather than your own. Good price for a combo compared to many others.
