Okay, I'll just go ahead and admit that I'm nowhere near flexible enough for this thing. Not anymore. However, daughter #1 wanted it, and she loves it. She says it gives her a better workout than any program she's tried. Unlike so many other exercise pieces, this one actually gets used. It hasn't ended up in a corner somewhere collecting dust, so that alone makes it worth the money in my opinion.
