The ability to keep everything organized so there are never any surprises. Also it’s user friendly for people new to events/ festivals. I do like that they make updates monthly but sometimes those changes don’t work 100%. Sometimes things revert back if you change them before they go live. Try doing some research online about different vendors/ services in order to make sure they fit what you need or have enough flexibility for all different needs (like food service). It helps to know everything upfront which ultimately makes life easier when setting up! So far we haven’t had problems keeping everything updated properly, just minor glitches here and there. The best thing about FestivalPro is how simple it is to use. I have been able to customize the software to suit my needs and get a good feel for the program. The software is easy to use and setup. The best thing about FestivalPro is how it has helped me manage my events. I use it to schedule and manage my events. I have been able to see what is going on with my events and have been able to make changes to my schedule.
