I can't believe the quality of this setup! The price is so low that despite all the positive reviews I hesitated. But those reviews were positive for a reason! Wiring the system was a bit tricky, the pigtailed power cable from the video cable put me off a bit, but once I got that sorted (note you just need to run the power from the camera to the reversing lights and then connect the power cable to both ends .Then connect the power cable to the RCA on the side of the mirror and tie off the power cable from the video.Do not route the remaining length of the power cable from the side of the mirror.This will make a loop and allow the reverse light to turn on. The mirror is powered by the video line if you tied the pig tail at both ends and pointed the end of the camera at the reverse light.) It was smooth. TL;DR - excellent video quality both on the camera and on the mirror screen. I would definitely (and already) recommend it to friends. I hope my little wiring find helps someone!
