Review on Plantronics MX200 FlexGrip Universal Earbud Headset - 2.5mm & 3.5mm: The Ultimate Audio Solution by Sarah Dionne

Came to replace the similar MX200 that I have been using for more than a year. My old one only had a 2.5mm jack and this one has a 3.5mm jack. The kit also includes a short 3.5 to 2.5 adapter cable. This new one has a Verizon logo which my old one didn't have. The problem is that the volume is so low that it cannot be used. The caller says he hears an echo, but he can't hear me. My old MX200 worked great with good volume for me and the subscriber so I decided to switch. This new one simply cannot be compared. As a "Doing Revain" coming back was pretty painless.
