better than WiFi and much cheaper!

After trying wireless headsets which were much more expensive and didn't work I went back to wired headsets and wonder why I wasted money on wireless ones. They work very well. Sometimes there are hearing problems, but mostly when I'm in the car. Sometimes uncomfortable. But overall very satisfied!

low volume - headphones

Came to replace the similar MX200 that I have been using for more than a year. My old one only had a 2.5mm jack and this one has a 3.5mm jack. The kit also includes a short 3.5 to 2.5 adapter cable. This new one has a Verizon logo which my old one didn't have. The problem is that the volume is so low that it cannot be used. The caller says he hears an echo, but he can't hear me. Good Product / Incomplete Packaging

I have just received my shipment of Plantronics MX200 FlexGrip Universal In-Ear Headphones - 2.5mm & 3.5mm - Retail Box. This listing leads you to believe that you can use this kit with any size phone jack out of the box. However, the MX200 in the box that I received can only be used with a mobile phone that has a 2.5mm jack. The MX200 is, in my opinion, the best wired cell phone headset on the market for the money. Simple, easy to use, fits in your pocket, no need to charge, good sound. What's not to like?

Very simple but very functional and easy to use earphone. something that didn't need an instruction manual. I have a lot of bluetooth headphones but all I needed was a regular earbud that is comfortable to wear and sounds good. That's why I considered those that have a bow. Jacket pocket for storage. NOT 3.5mm and no adapter

I might up this rating a bit once I get my own adapter and see if/how the headset actually works, but since it comes as a 2.5mm AND 3.5mm is advertised as a mm headset and the unsuspecting buyer might think it is one headset and there is an adapter for the other.
