Bought for my non-techy wife and here's her review: Perfect for checking out an injured pony on holiday day or night! (Sarai is 25 minutes away and there is no Wi-Fi.) The video is smooth and the picture quality is great (screenshots from my camera)! Two settings: high or low - here I use the lowest resolution and can easily see if the movie is open. A little lag in pan/tilt, but it's ok. Moderately easy to set up (Reolink's Corrin tech support emails helped a BIG TIME as everything worked after a "factory reset" of the camera! Dollars!). I don't have to worry about 12 months of data - every time I go surfing I use 2MB - so with the allocated 1GB I can open 500 times a month (= 16 times a month). per day, that's more than I actually use!), without overdoing it. I set it to the minimum motion value so the recording doesn't work - while the camera uses about 2-5% of the battery per day; Unfortunately, the barn is not exposed to direct sunlight (I didn't think of that when I bought it with a solar panel). but I connected the solar panel anyway and let's see if the battery lasts longer. Luckily, it's easy to remove for quick charging. Overall, this is the perfect standalone barn camera. Exactly what I was looking for!
