If you follow directions and warnings then this is an amazing product! I have a fabric double seater that my roommate's dirty dog loved to jump on. The stench was such that I was ready to throw out this new piece of furniture. It was the ONLY thing that got rid of the smell. Things to note: - The formula is FAT. Dilution is key to using this product! I used WAY less than recommended in the bottle. I got 2 fingers of the mixture and the rest of the water bottle. I had to turn the bottle upside down to unclog the atomizer. It may leave a white residue but as stated on the bottle all you have to do is wipe the area with a cloth and then you can use a carpet or spot cleaner.
