I was in good spirits when you forced me to disassemble the entire unit to prepare it for installation (although this is utterly ridiculous). However, your instructions don't make absolutely no sense, I'm getting stuck. What the heck does "take 24k pearl cotton" mean?!?!?!?! If you are looking for a 15K BTU device I can suggest the GE brand. I also have a GE unit which is very easy to install and works like a champ! I wish I had just bought another GE!
