I used this pad twice so far with a Teton sports trailhead 20*F rated sleeping bag. In 50-55*F humid weather the combo was great except that the pad slid around a ton on the tent floor. This was fixed by using a 94 cent roll of shelf liner from walmart. In 30-40*F weather with little to no wind, I was cold even with the pad in my sleeping bag. Shivering for hours and getting little sleep made the 11.2 mile hike out of the woods much more difficult. The pad did not fit in my sleeping bag and I ended up not even on the pillow part of it due to the length difference. I plan to keep this for warm weather use only and recommend getting a pad with a higher R value that fits inside of your sleeping bag for colder weather.
