Review on Daniel Tigers Neighborhood Deluxe Electronic Trolley by Scott Gafur

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A good toy, but it is very difficult for a child to open the roof.

I have 1 and 3 year old children who love Daniel Tiger. They loved playing with this toy because the sounds and actions are designed for toddlers and little fingers. If you press the forward button, it only rolls 3 feet or so. Which is good because the baby doesn't have to walk far or chase after the cart. The only downside is that the lid has a pretty strong latch at the top that my kids can't open on their own. So mom and dad have to put the characters in the shopping cart. This is not fun. And another small downside is that the characters are pretty hard to snap into the wagon. Toddlers really can't do this part either. So it's kind of a mishmash. The cart appears to be designed for a cart, but some design elements make it difficult to play. I think the toy would be better without a handle or latch on the top of the cart. Let the little kids in there and play.
