BASIC Economical Cube Shelves for Lighter Weight

I gave 5 stars for SAVE but I think I should clarify what IS and IS NOT. THIS IS VERY BASIC ECONOMICALLY SIMPLE STORAGE AT AN ECONOMIC PRICE. This is NOT the same as the Ikea Kallax or Walmart Better Homes and Gardens Heavy-Duty level for storing heavier items like books as well as interior cube sizes compatible with those brands. 13" or 12" cloth cubes. IT IS: These shelves are perfect for storing light items like toddlers clothes or kids toys, or in our case kids wanted LEGO shelves for their scenes with 10x10 baseplates. and quick storage of random toys like hotwheels, etc. When buying cloth cubes, make sure they measure 10 or 11 inches. I thought Walmart's "Mainstays" foldable fabric cubes would fit in here nicely, but I loved some 11-inch cubes in our Dollar Tree (deal!). , rather than being used as freestanding/freestanding shelves, a 9=3x3 cube can be tolerable/"good" freestanding if you absolutely insist, but I've bought some 1x4's too and they need fixing or they'll wobble and they wobble noticeably. A few other notes: The 5 "Shelf Backings" come with a permanent crease down the center for shipping and are made of a thin, poster board-like material. Or, if you want something thicker, I think "foam board" from the school supply aisle is fine if you score it with a utility knife. Although the tack went right in and was right where it was supposed to be, I decided to use wood glue to fix the part rather than return the shelves. Assembly was quick and easy, and the instructions were clear. We've had the shelves for two days so I can update this later to report on durability. Why I Gave Them 5 Stars: The shelves are a perfect match for our current goals and I love it when I don't put heavy use on them. Supporting shelves, there's a very economical option I can grab. Eventually I need sturdy, larger 13 inch cube shelves from a major brand, but right now I'm guessing paying less than forty bucks for a 9 cube = 3x3 shelf instead of eighty or twenty bucks for a 3x3 shelf from other brands. , Later I will pay more to buy some of these durable like a textbook and can do more things. (beige/grey) I have also shown a photo of my 4cc storage here, although this is my review of the 9cc (3x3).
