There are two shorter and two longer straws. Shorter ones are suitable for a tall latte or a regular coffee cup. Longer is good for grande lattes. The shorter one barely protrudes the top of my 16-ounce double-stroke hot/cold water mug. I was hoping that the shorter one would work for the Grande and the taller one for the Venti, but it doesn't for me. I still love straws and am glad they still work for me as I usually drink grands. They are much softer than Starbucks cold cup straws, making them easy to cut if needed. I was hoping for a stiffer straw but it's still a very good product and I'm happy with it.
