Not ready for the big time

The product is easy to install and looks good, but the set screw that holds the knob in place does not stay tight. This is a Phillips screw that is constantly being loosened, causing the knob to wobble slightly. I'll probably have to send it back. I'm not sure if I got a bad one or if they're all like that. r
