I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support (even when you're not using them), and they are always willing to help with any issues or questions we have! They also offer many different reporting options so if one isn't working well enough there's usually another option available. We do wish their mobile app was more user friendly but other than this everything seems pretty good about our experience thus far. Their team can be very helpful at times as well which makes things easier overall. Using fybr helps us keep track of what needs attention from customers/customer interactions. It allows me to see who came through each door quickly allowing me to prioritize my time accordingly.
