Review on Rugged Ridge 11585 04 Accessory Brake by Corey Singh

I've had it for about a year. Judging by the packaging, it's backed by a five-year warranty. It looks great and is easy to install. Failed after a year. Tried contacting Rugged Ridge Support. Nobody answers and says to leave a detailed message, that's not possible. The mailbox is full. Then it just freezes. There is also no way to contact them via email. Just call the number. I have to say this is probably the worst customer service I have ever had for any product. If it works, the ring is great. If you're having trouble with that, good luck!
