Review on Razor 13013240 Scooter Maximum Weight by Dana Tudor ᠌

Just a terrible product, very upset.

I had a Roadweller urban scooter that I used for a good three years (1 time I changed the bearings, that's all). When the folding mechanism broke, I decided to buy a new scooter and decided right away that I would buy better (I ordered from Ozone). I thought about my options carefully and decided on this one. When it's dry out and the pavement is good, it performs admirably. However, when it's wet out and the sidewalk is covered in water, the brakes hardly ever work at all, and you have to step hard on the rear wing to slow down. However, this wing will get mud all over your pants. After three months, the steering wheel occasionally started to wedge for 0.3 to 1.0 seconds when turning. After another four months, the smoothness of control was lost, and the front wheel's bearing started to creak horribly. I changed the bearing, but the creak persisted, so I decided to leave everything as it was (for now). Later, the same problem returned in the back, and I could even hear creaks through my headphones. Thinking that perhaps the wheels were to blame, I decided to take the old scooter's wheels off, and sure enough, the creak was gone. I then decided to take the steering bearing out as well, and the steering wheel returned to normal, but I had to take the steering racks off as well. The skating itself, now. I solely use it to get to work and the grocery shop. Ride quality: You can fly forward even in a little hole and at a low speed, the stability is extremely poor, and it is only comfortable to ride in parks with excellent asphalt and no sign of rain. In conclusion, the scooter degraded quickly over the course of a year, requiring the removal of numerous replacement parts in order to restore it to at least a usable riding condition. I strongly advise against purchasing it because of its red price of $3,000, which is wildly inflated.

Pros
  • 1) Design; 2) lightness 3) Stable rolling
Cons
  • 1) Rumbles loudly 2) Negative stability 3) Materials of poor quality (more on this below) 4) A poor brake in bad weather and a terrible phrase "completely" in the rain.
