The mixer arrived very quickly. I was looking for a good manual electric mixer for cookies, cakes and other baked goods. The blender is powerful, mixes well and is well made. It comes with various accessories to whip dough, cream, cakes, etc. It's lightweight and easy to store, which is always a plus. I'm glad my days of hand blending are over. It was the perfect upgrade to make baking easier and more efficient!
