Good light! for ceiling lights
After unpacking I noticed that all eight cords have their own twists and turns. After a few hours at room temperature, they still looked strange. What to do ? Heat about a gallon of water on the stove and place most of each cord in hot but not boiling water. I kept both ends dry to be on the safe side. After about 10 seconds the wires got soft like cooked spaghetti, so I wiped off the water and let them hang overnight. Now they seem to remember that these are straight cables and can be installed without kinks. It worked thanks to a random YouTube video for this idea!
