I am the senior officer of a non-profit organization. This gives me a treasure trove of historical documents that other members do not have access to. I ordered these flash drives to copy files onto, distribute discs for others to upload information to their systems, and return discs for us to "flush and redo". The colors allowed me to mark who received which disc (all had the same content), who loaded the discs and returned them. We will continue like this until we decide that everyone has what they need in their own system. (I kept purple to myself, I just love the color.)
