Faster email delivery times. Higher end customers appreciate it as well. Some of the old school ways are no longer used in this program. You have to be very tech savvy with how you set your systems up. It took some time before I had everything working correctly but now that we do, its great! Email bounce rate has dropped by double digits since using betterfy. We've also seen overall increased revenue from our customer base. The UI is easy to use and there are many helpful features that can be set up in advance to help with sending email campaigns. It's very easy to setup and customize your own filters. There are some limitations to the number of emails you can send per day. I'm using it as an internal mailing list for our organization. We are able to send mass emails easily from our work email accounts.
