I love that it can be used as an addon to your email client so you don't have worry about managing multiple accounts (gmail/hotmail). It also makes sending out emails easier - just type my message in there instead of having to go through each account one by one. Sometimes if someone sends me something via betterfy they do not receive acknowledgement from their side after submitting because sometimes those messages get sent directly into spam folders even though I had set everything up…
