Great news for everyone! (Allusion to Futurama) This chip works! I bought it and installed it and can tell anyone here if it doesn't work, is wrong, or used the wrong cables. Don't expect a huge increase in performance now. I can't say every car will have it, if any. My 2015 Ford Focus se sport didn't do much if anything, but the main reason you're even looking at this chip is because you feel the way I do. This car is sluggish, rough shifting between first and second, bad. and I mean poor throttle response and even a terrible timing curve. This chip fixed all of those problems! I'll have to try and get it to the dyno to see if there's any improvement, but then again I have a K&N and an exhaust. boys and ladies. If your goal is to find horsepower, try to fix the wrong things. ps MPG Chasers Highway are about 6-8mpg higher at 65, I'm doing about 80 on the commute and accelerating like a bat. You know. And I'm still averaging 38mpg with 4 city miles in that equation. I'm not here to tell you the science behind it, but I'm a certified technician and know enough about cars to say he does 90% of what he says and 100% of what he does does. I hope this helps anyone who was skeptical after reading some of these bad reviews. Just keep in mind that not everyone bought it, installed it properly, or really knows about cars. When you connect to wires that send a signal to your ECU and the chip sends information down those wires. something will happen and you will like it. If you don't know where to plug it in or what wires are sending messages to them, in my own experience it takes about 2 hours to email you on Saturdays and Sundays, but they are great at responding and helping you every step of the way way to your exact vehicle. Please don't think you can guess the wires, it doesn't work, email them first or you will waste your time. DAY 3! I finally got a chance to rip it apart and I may need to change a little performance boost. The second and third pull much stronger now!
