My keyboard is warped. It doesn't sit flat on all four corners, so it wobbles a bit when you press the bottom right side. The problem is easily solved by either placing a pack of eyeglass tissues under the leg or raising the leg a little with a few layers of tape. but at this price it's pretty annoying. I didn't send it back. For me, this fix is a bit of an annoyance, but it makes me think of their new keyboard, which is in pre-order. I had already invested in this item before receiving it and now my confidence that the company will deliver a good product is gone. I am later asked to pay the balance of a pre-order for their new keyboard and I am considering whether they should simply refund the money I have already invested. Apart from one defect, the board is quite excellent. Since this is my first and only modular keyboard, I have nothing to compare it to. The keyboard software needs to be fundamentally revised. Not even a plaster. You should just hire other people to build the software from scratch. Macro options are missing. The LED effects are decent, but I expect software with more features at this price point.
