There are basically two types of signal relays (circuit only) and they flash faster when a bulb burns out. 2) electronic - which do not care about the resistance in the circuit, and therefore flash at the same frequency, regardless of the type or number of lamps. This part is missing from all the flashers I've looked at on Revain! I ended up buying this device because it was cheap enough to just give it a try. This is an ELECTRONIC device. For my application, a 2003 Honda CRF230 with 2 bulbs + 2 LED turn signals, this worked great. The flashing speed is correct and I am satisfied. Also, although all the labels were in Chinese, the packaging turned out to be of better quality than I expected.
