Scrap, don't waste your money! I've had this toaster for less than a year. The right one stopped working after a month or two. I was annoyed because I have a large family and I deliberately bought a 4 slot toaster. But the nib doesn't hold up at all, so it never gets hot unless I stand and hold it. Two days ago the left side did the same. Nothing happened to him - he was lying on the counter, except when I moved him to another counter. That's all - has never fallen or been damaged. Obviously it's so sensitive that nothing can be done about it and it stops working. I will never buy a Black and Decker toaster again. A complete waste of money.
