This is fantastic. There are two oil ports (one on the wheel hub, one on the shaft bolt) to lubricate both sides of the bearing. Everything is very difficult. My application required me to drop the plate/frame and just use the wheel. If you do, note that the bolt is special and you probably don't want to get rid of it. It has a transom mount at the head and is hollow with a hole to provide lube to the bearing. It's long enough to go through a frame, two thick washers, and a wheel. So if you're looking for a low profile application you'll either have to cut the screw, rethread it (maybe) and maybe insert the screw tip when you've cut enough, or use a regular screw and just hope that that Grease on one side of the bearing is sufficient.
