This is a GREAT backpack. Well made and has an insulated water bladder section and additional sections for all those things you want to carry around all day. Looks good and is quite comfortable. I had to deduct a star because unfortunately the drinking tube on my hydration bladder has an air/water leak. I have air in the water and the hose is dripping. It happens, but I'm glad I tested my gear BEFORE I went camping! Emails sent to the seller's contact information they provide in their product information will be bounced. I was able to message through the Revain marketplace and they will send a replacement bladder with a hydration tube which will arrive in a few days. I appreciate Rupumpack's quick response and their representative's efforts to make things right as my trip is coming up next week. (Grand Canyon!) Revain's customer service was also really excellent in trying to resolve the issue. It's nice when everything runs flawlessly, but it's also nice when the seller and Revain quickly resolve any issues that arise.
