I like that it's light, small and versatile. It loaded quickly the first time I used it, but all those PS bells and whistles and their settings pissed me off. They asked me to create an account just to get to the computer desktop, fine. I finally got to the desktop, tried installing antivirus software on the computer, and installed some Windows updates. The computer couldn't cope with the tasks I set it. I went into task manager and saw that cpu usage was at or near 100 percent and only 2 windows were open 90% of the time. Even my mother's old computer with an older generation Daul-Core Pentuim processor worked better. I made the right choice to receive my refund and send it back. There's no point in buying a $400 computer if it can't do math.
