I added them to our Jeep Wrangler which we tow behind our RV. The stock magnets were great at holding the light until we hit a huge bump and one of them fell off. It was our fault because we only attached them to a vertical surface and they are not designed for that. We rode a concrete train about 100 miles without realizing it. Believe it or not, this thing has withstood all those bumps in the road. We've now installed it properly and replaced the worn light with a new one from PepBoys for $10. The rubber cables are very thick and shine very brightly. Even if the connector is not the right type, you can simply re-solder it. We converted it to 6 pin. Nothing on the market is as heavy as this one.
