I love using VSP because of how easy it makes contacting clients about pricing plans, product needs or just general questions! The price is not great if you have more than 1 person in your team but honestly who does? If anyone's looking for an all-inclusive contact center solution this one works well with everything we want outfitted at once so no need having multiple solutions like Zendesk as others mentioned here (like 10 different applications). We use virtualspirts' Live Chat feature extensively which has really helped us increase client interactions by leaps & bounds since they're always online 24/7 through their customer service channel when needed most; plus our sales reps are much happier being able solve issues quickly now compared from other companies where some people don't know what else can be done beyond "sales rep says 'yes'.
