Review on HoMedics TotalClean Tower Air Purifier: Ultimate 5-in-1 Protection for Small Rooms, Home Office, White by Kelly Haywood

I received the AP-T30 yesterday. It worked fine initially, but after a few hours the UV light started flashing. I checked the owner's manual and it says the bulb needs to be replaced. I went online, submitted my ticket and received a confirmation email. I didn't hear anything today and when you call they just put you on hold. Tried calling 4 times to no avail. I do not recommend anyone to buy this product. It's been 3 days and they still haven't been contacted.
