The product was clearly used and returned to me before shipping.
I was very happy with this product. It has good weight and balance, and the bowl is deep. Then I noticed a small scratch on the rim. I thought maybe I could live with that. Then I found that the bowl had been used before and repackaged. Come on. At the very least, wash and disinfect the product and make sure it's free from defects before sending it back to an unsuspecting buyer.
- LUXURIOUS FOAM: Fill this tumbler with your choice of soap or cream. Take the MÜHLE shaving brush and create a thick and creamy foam with slow, circular movements and apply it to the desired shaving area.
