Hoping for the best - Printer

I downloaded all the info on the disc and still can't get the printer to work I've called support several times and can't get through to anyone. The phone rings and rings and rings, so I give it back. All I could do was let the label go through and never get printed. Very disappointed as I was hoping it would be easy to use. Not as much
