This printer was a little shaky and kept going into dump mode (big pain) but when it worked it worked great for months. When I asked the company for a little help, almost a year later they sent a new one without hesitation! I have shared this printer with my small business groups, it saved me a TON of shipping time at an affordable price! + Customer Service

on the software saying the printer will be connected and once the printer is detected the program will update and continue running. However, after plugging it in and trying again, the software did not recognize the printer. I sent an email to their support team and received no reply. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! Just buy a better known brand. I've learned my lesson.

. I plugged it in and Windows immediately found drivers for it, but I didn't want to trust them. So I went to the MFLABEL website, downloaded the drivers from there and installed them. I opened the old label and sent it to the printer. At first it didn't print properly, it split a label into two 4x6 labels. So I went to the print settings dialog and then advanced settings and saw that the default paper size was wrong. I changed it to 4x6 and sent another test print and it was centered right on…

This doesn't work for most people because the drivers that get installed when connected via USB are outdated or corrupted are. You must first install from the CD before plugging in the device. This requires you not to follow the instructions they give. If you choose to install drivers automatically, you must uninstall them and then use the CD.
