This kart damaged my son's new hoverboard. The kart came partially assembled, I put the rest of the pieces together and found that it digs into the footpegs when my son rides it. It turns out that the metal parts lying on the hoverboard are bent and not flush, causing the metal to cut into the footpegs. I called Amazon and it turned out they can only return the card. I asked what about the hoverboard as this item was causing damage (see photo). The representative had no answers. I don't even think she understood what I was talking about. Asked for soup. Very disappointing. I have a karting problem but this product ruined my son's new hoverboard (which wasn't cheap and was also a birthday present). So disappointing. This product appears to have been assembled by someone and yet shipped, albeit clearly defective.
