Review on 📱 Metra 99-7803G Single/Double DIN Installation Kit with Grey Display for 2003-2007 Honda Accord Models by Justin Reese

PROS: Looks great, much better than the discontinued Metra single din. The keys have good springiness and I like that they are rubberized. The screen is very bright, I can see small icons very clearly even when the sun is shining directly on them. With a single block of noise I couldn't tell if the AC was on or not because the LED was so dim, especially when the sun was shining on it. I can clearly see the AC on the top left of this unit. In addition, I can now fit a two-DIN device with navigation and rear-view camera CONS: I've been trying for a very long time to make the buttons light up with no success, I've tried both the backlight cable and the dimmer and nothing has worked . At night I can't see the buttons at all but I remember where they are all so I guess it's ok. Def was messing around but I couldn't get them to work. If anyone knows what I did wrong, please let me know. Setting the mode to the top and bottom fans is a little awkward. It doesn't really come out from the top but after a minute or two it will erupt, I was pushing the buttons as it programmed itself which may have messed it up, maybe I need to reprogram it, and maybe it will' T. .
