I have a 5 month old German Shepherd mix and she pulls really hard when she loses her temper. He pulled so hard I was afraid he would hurt himself. I did a little research and found these spiked collars to be the most recommended, so I decided to buy them. For the past three days I've been using it as a training tool, teaching him to heel and getting his attention when he's distracted. So far, so good! He doesn't pull anymore and I can walk with him on my little finger! I recommend doing a lot of research when purchasing a teaching resource. They have a really bad reputation for stupid people abusing them and buying cheap crappy ones that can really cut your dog. This can be a great tool for the right dog, so PLEASE make sure you know what you are doing and make sure it's the right tool for your dog before you buy it! This isn't a tool you just buy and hope for the best. STUDY BEFORE YOU BUY!
