I got flu symptoms after doing hot yoga 3-5 times a week. Body aches, nausea, persistent headaches. Everyone said I needed to drink more water, but I drank so much and it didn't help. My long distance runner friend said I needed a good electrolyte powder and this helped! Now I feel great post workout, I add one sachet to a 24oz bottle during workouts and no longer have the post workout flu. I don't like the taste, but it's tolerable, a bit like chewable Tylenol. Will try lemon next time!
