Review on 🔧 Enhanced Engine Intake Manifold Gasket - MAHLE Original MS19590 by Kenny Davey

Used to replace a 2005 Toyota Corolla CEB. Bought based on previous reviews. I didn't get a chance to compare the new part to the original, but after looking at the old part vs. this one, I was amazed at the difference in shape. First, this part obviously fits better than the original. It fills the cavity and protrudes about 2-3mm from the cavity, but its shape allows it to flex and conform to provide a better seal around the cylinder block. I suspect the design of the part deliberately puts more emphasis on allowing the gasket to seal better with the appropriate torque. In theory, this is a defense against idiocy, since there's only one way he can flush-fill the void properly. Opened packages cannot be returned, so check before opening.
