I had really high hopes for them but they are coming back. After charging them for a few hours, I tested them with my Win7 system using a bluetooth dongle and had no trouble recognizing them from the computer. I then tried them out with my main reason for buying them, which was a Qlink Bluetooth transmitter connected to my TV. I spent over an hour trying to pair the devices with no success. I've searched the web and found that a few other users were having trouble pairing with these phones, one with Qlink and another with a different device. Not sure what the problem is as I had no problem pairing with my Sennheiser MM400 and two other inexpensive Bluetooth headphones. While my current phones work fine, I really wish they had active noise cancellation, but these devices won't have it. It's a shame, because they're very comfortable, with easy-to-use controls and at least great computer sound, and they even come with a nice case and wall charger.
