The best thing about this service is that it has helped me to have more control over my inventory, which was previously not possible with other fulfillment centers. I am able to track orders in real time from any location using an app or website. It also helps us keep our costs low by having all of our products stored at one place. There are some things I dislike as well such as slow response times during peak hours. We use their services for shipping purposes but they can do much more than just ship items. They provide great customer support and help you solve problems when needed.
