I've had this on my 2018 Nissan Frontier for 3 months now and am very happy with my choice. I looked at several different sizes/brands and this one met my needs. I wanted a short antenna. I didn't want it to flex when riding at 55 and keep that flexed shape after a while as I've read in other reviews. I also didn't want it to be too short as I was concerned it would weaken my signal too much. It turned out to be the perfect size. At high speeds it doesn't press, I have no worse and no better reception (I live in the country). It survived both very hot summer days and very heavy rainfall. No complaints. I don't see any fading or chipping of the antenna at all. I also take it off before I go to the car wash. The only thing I've noticed is that he seems to have loosened up a bit in a few months. I just tighten my hand again. Only twisted less than a full turn so I wasn't afraid it would fall out. Very happy.
