I really like the base of this bird. It feels light on my knives and cleans well. But there is one thing that could be a problem. Rubber corners. They're actually easy to remove so you can clean underneath! It's good to know that bacteria don't hide on the edges of the supports. But they are small and come off too easily; As such, I have some concerns that I might lose one in the long term when washing or pulling the board out of holders or cupboards.
