This is a factory replacement for 95-99 DOHC Neon. Great that it includes a new exhaust manifold gasket, donut and even new suspension bolts with springs. This is a good replacement for the typically cracked, aging headers we find in neons these days. It should also be suitable for those who decide to replace 2.4 and find their old one is cracked. Factory finishes will smell funny for a while as they fade - this is normal. Be sure to use anti-seize compound on the oxygen sensor threads during installation.
