I ordered this wristband to replace my Forerunner 220. My bracelet broke and it was cheaper to order a new bracelet than ordering a bracelet, plus I liked the sea foam color! With my Prime account, it arrived in 1.5 days! Thank you Rewin! The kit included a tape, 2 holders and 2 tools needed to change the tape. I read another review on how to change the belt and I'm glad I did, it saved my time. So on a regular watch the pin holding the strap is pushed down, no tools needed (similar to a toilet paper holder). This watch has a screw pin. Lay the watch on a flat surface, insert the tools on each side with both hands, and twist to the left (left). You might have a little trouble pulling the pin out, but just push down with one of the tools and the other side slides out just enough for you to grab and pull out. Repeat for the other side and vice versa to attach the new tape. This band has a softer feel than the original but is still great quality. The keeper doesn't seem too strong, it's also made of soft silicone, but there are 2 of these in the kit so we'll see!
